Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in crafting and packaging each Lerato piece, and we hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please note that items showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items (including custom lampshade sizes or finishes)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered instead.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
