• Do you customise lampshades? 

  Yes we do customise lampshades based on a customers request. 

• Can I bring my own fabric to make my own lampshade? 

  Though we try not to popularise it due to risks of damage to fabric during production, we can take your fabric to customise your lampshades as per your liking provided you are okay and understand the risk thereof. Please note we take care of your fabric to the best that we can but considering this is handwork there are risks to consider. 

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

• How long does it take to customise? 

  Our standard lead time is 1-3 weeks depending on the quantity of the order and the design required. Simple basic simple designs and sizes take a shorter time whereas other designs which are more complex or larger in quantity or size may take around the aforementioned timeline. Should there be any delays to your order we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. 

• Can you do bigger quantities? 

  Yes we can do bigger quantities. Reach out to our customer service to discuss details. 

• Can you ship overseas? 

  Yes we can arrange shipment overseas. Cost of shipping is borne by client. For places outside of our regular shipping zone please contact our via email, website or instagram to discuss details.
